Our award winning Chef Danny Bozic has created a cuisine the
match of any in the county.
The Menu bases its roots in the
basic fundamentals of Modern British
Cuisine
yet combines
the influences
of
Mediterranean
and other cultural experiences. It uses the seasons to
direct menu content together with a passion for good food. The Menu always uses fresh, locally sourced ingredients, cooked
fresh to order. It is simple food, but this does not necessarily
mean quick or even easy food, though it sometimes may be
both; more than anything else it means allowing the true
flavour of the ingredients to come through.
Good food is
about believing
in the recipe, knowing when the dish is right, not adding
anything that need not be there and understanding that
the ingredients and taste will compliment each other. The Menu format consists of a choice of four starters, four
main course and four desserts plus a Bar Menu and Specials
which includes a fish dish and changes daily.
