Situated between Salisbury
and Shaftesbury in the heart of Wiltshire, in the picturesque village
of Barford St. Martin, the Barford Inn is a sixteenth century Coaching
Inn that used to brew its own beer in what is now the beautiful
restaurant. The Grade II listed building also has a bar and 4 en-suite
bedrooms.
Relax outside in our
large beer garden, or sit in our courtyard, which has a full awning
and patio heaters.
The Barford Inn is
an ideal base to enjoy all the attractions of Salisbury and the
local area while enjoying the peace and quiet of an old English
Pub. The area is also wonderful for walking and fishing.
Now under new
ownership, Vince and Karen bring a wealth of experience
to the Barford Inn, formerly having managed The Black Swan at
Monxton, and prior to that, The Red Lion at Boldre in the
New Forest. They offer a very warm welcome to all who visit.
